Refund policy

While we take extra care to ensure the quality of our product, in the event that you receive an item that is damaged, please write to us at contact@studioqiling.com within three (3) days of receiving your order.

Please ensure that:
- The item is in its full original condition and packaging - unused, free of damage, stains & fragrance. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges for returned items that do not meet our standards.

Kindly note that we will provide an exchange for damaged items but we do not provide refunds for purchases made.

Studio Qiling Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
