Delivery Within Singapore:

We provide free delivery within Singapore for orders >SGD100. A flat rate of SGD3.50 delivery fee will apply for orders less than SGD100.

We endeavor for you to receive your items within 3-5 working days. Deliveries may take longer during peak periods.

International Shipping (Flat Rate):

We offer a flat rate shipping fee based on location, regardless of number of items purchased. Shipping fee will be calculated during checkout depending on location. Any associated duties or taxes will be borne by the customer. As customs & import fees vary, please check with your local customs and import authority before any purchase.

Duration for international deliveries may take 3 - 10 working days. Timeframe is an estimate and will depend on location.

Studio Qiling Pte Ltd will not be liable for possible delays due to customs clearance or any regulatory requirements.

While we take extra care to ensure the quality of our product, in the event that you receive an item that is damaged, please write to us at contact@studioqiling.com within three (3) days of receiving your order.

Please ensure that:
The item is in its full original condition and packaging - unused, free of damage, stains & fragrance. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges for returned items that do not meet our standards.

Kindly note that we will provide an exchange for damaged items but we do not provide refunds for purchases made. All shipping costs, including delivery of the new item(s), and any fees incurred during this process will be borne by the customer. Studio Qiling Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
