Care
Care
Your Studio Qiling pareo is made from 100% viscose, chosen for its soft, fluid drape and beautiful feel against the skin. With gentle care, it will retain its softness, colour and elegant drape over time.
Washing & Cleaning
We recommend gentle hand-washing to care for your pareo:
- Use cold water with a few drops of mild detergent.
- Gently submerge and wash without rubbing, scrubbing or agitating the fabric. Do not soak.
- Rinse thoroughly in clean, cold water until all traces of detergent are removed.
- To remove excess water, gently press the pareo between clean towels. Do not wring or twist the pareo and avoid pulling or stretching as viscose is more delicate when damp.
Your pareo may also be gently machine-washed with care:
- Place your pareo in a small mesh laundry bag to avoid tangling and pulling during the wash.
- Select the gentlest cycle available, such as hand-wash or delicate setting, using cold water.
- Use a minimal amount of mild detergent and remove the pareo promptly once the wash is complete.
Drying & Ironing
- Hang to air-dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid tumble drying, as heat can cause shrinkage and affect the fabric's drape.
- To remove creases, gently steam the pareo.
- If ironing is necessary, use the lowest heat setting and place a thin cotton press cloth between the iron and the fabric.
Storage & Maintenance
- Store your pareo loosely folded or rolled in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause colours to fade over time.
- Apply perfume, hairspray and makeup before putting on your pareo to minimise the risk of alcohol, oil and cosmetic stains.

Delivery Within Singapore:
We provide free delivery within Singapore for orders >SGD100. A flat rate of SGD3.50 delivery fee will apply for orders less than SGD100.
We endeavor for you to receive your items within 3-5 working days. Deliveries may take longer during peak periods.
International Shipping (Flat Rate):
We offer a flat rate shipping fee based on location, regardless of number of items purchased. Shipping fee will be calculated during checkout depending on location. Any associated duties or taxes will be borne by the customer. As customs & import fees vary, please check with your local customs and import authority before any purchase.
Duration for international deliveries may take 3 - 10 working days. Timeframe is an estimate and will depend on location.
Studio Qiling Pte Ltd will not be liable for possible delays due to customs clearance or any regulatory requirements.

While we take extra care to ensure the quality of our product, in the event that you receive an item that is damaged, please write to us at contact@studioqiling.com within three (3) days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that:
The item is in its full original condition and packaging - unused, free of damage, stains & fragrance. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges for returned items that do not meet our standards.
Kindly note that we will provide an exchange for damaged items but we do not provide refunds for purchases made. All shipping costs, including delivery of the new item(s), and any fees incurred during this process will be borne by the customer. Studio Qiling Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
