We provide free delivery within Singapore.

We endeavor for  you to receive your items within 3-5 working days. Deliveries may take longer during peak periods.

 

International Shipping (Flat Rate):

 

International deliveries are fulfilled by DHL Express, and the shipping fee will be calculated during checkout depending on location. We offer a flat rate shipping fee based on location, regardless of number of items purchased. Any associated duties or taxes will be borne by the customer. As customs & import fees vary, please check with your local customs and import authority before any purchase.

 

Duration for international deliveries may take up to 5 - 10 working days. Timeframe is an estimate and will depend on location. Studio Qiling Pte Ltd will not be liable for possible delays due to customs clearance or any regulatory requirements.

While we take extra care to ensure the quality of our product, in the event that you receive an item that is damaged, please write to us at contact@studioqiling.com within three (3) days of receiving your order.

The item is in its full original condition and packaging - unused, free of damage, stains & fragrance. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges for returned items that do not meet our standards.
